SDSN Spain (REDS) Launched The SDGs in 100 Spanish Cities ReportOn 30 November,
SDSN Spain presented its
biannual report on compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in one hundred municipalities in Spain. The study, entitled “How is the 2030 Agenda progressing at the local level? A practical look", is the second edition of the 2018 pioneering report that measured the performance of the SDGs at the urban level.

- The week of 16 November, SDSN and GIZ co-organized a week-long virtual retreat for SDSN Network Managers. The retreat focused on strategic fundraising, SDSN networks responding to the pandemic, and SDSN's work on climate.
- On 18 November, SDSN hosted a dialogue session for the SDSN report: Accelerating Education for the SDGs in Universities.
- Global Schools, an initiative under SDSN Youth to implement sustainable development in education, is calling for its second cohort of the Advocates Program to build the capacity of primary and secondary school teachers to integrate sustainability in school communities.
- SDGs Today launched the #yourSDGStory campaign on Twitter during the first half of November which culminated on GIS Day, 18 November, with a live Twitter session with SDG Advocate Hindou Oumarou Ibrahim. Follow @SDGsToday on Twitter to stay up to date on news around the StoryMaps Competition.
- Monash University, host of the SDSN Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Network released the 2020 update of the Transforming Australia SDG Progress Report.
- SDSN Youth published its 2020 Youth Impact Report.
- At the Creative Commons Global Summit on 21 October, the SDG Academy announced that it will formally adopt a CC BY-NC 4.0 license for all its content going forward. Visit the SDG Academy FAQs page for more information on using SDG Academy content.
- SDSN partner Connect4Climate introduced an Educational Toolkit for the #Youth4ClimateLive series. The toolkit is a resource to help educators, students, and parents take climate education even further.
- SDSN Italia's co-host institution, FEEM, issued a working paper proposing a methodology that evaluates the contribution of the European Cohesion Policy to the 2030 Agenda in the Italian region of Sardinia.
- SDSN Member IST-Africa has called for papers for their IST-Africa week 2021 which aims to strengthen technology-enabled innovation and science and technology-related policy dialogues. The deadline to submit a paper is 18 December.
- On 10 November, SDSN, Foresight4Food, IFAD, and APRA hosted another session for the eDialogue series on ‘What Future for Small-Scale Farming?: Inclusive Transformation in Challenging Times’.
- From 16 – 20 November, several members of SDSN Northern Europe collaborated to host the Act Sustainable week. The sustainability week for students, researchers, and teachers had over 2800 registrations and many engaging activities.
- SDSN Youth Greece released a new report: Sustainability Literacy and Perspectives. The research was conducted to promote the awareness of sustainability and find ways to promote its issues more efficiently.
- SDSN Northern Europe
released a new guide for the SDG Assessment Impact Tool. The guide provides information on the five-step process recommended for assessments, user scenarios for education, research, innovation, business, and for strategic planning and decision making.
