Prior to joining the SDSN, Katharina was the Head of Administration of Fondation de l’Allemagne – Maison Heinrich Heine, a student residence and cultural center in Paris. Previously, she was clerk in the press & cultural affairs section at the German Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon and, prior to this, she was assistant for economic and cultural affairs, and public relations management, at the German Embassy, in Santiago, Chile.
Katharina has a Master in International Affairs from Science Po Paris specializing in International Economic Policy, and a French-German Dual Degree in European Business Administration.
