This policy paper presents the results of a survey jointly conducted by the OECD, the Sustainable Development Solutions Network, and the European Committee of the Regions on how to localize the SDGs in a changing international landscape marked by disasters and shocks.

The SDSN mobilizes the world's leading knowledge institutions and leverages their strengths to help promote and accelerate practical solutions to sustainable development challenges. Spanning six continents, the SDSN network comprises over 1,900 member institutions, primarily universities, coordinated by 55 National and Regional Networks. Each network focuses on distinct projects and priorities in line with their local contexts and challenges.
