The Global Schools Program (GSP) works to support primary and secondary schools and educators with evidence-informed training and classroom resources to integrate sustainable development into school curricula, operations, and activities.

GSP’s mission is to transform learning and give students the values and skills to succeed in an increasingly complex and challenging world. GSP believes teachers are crucial in the learning process, and provides teachers with free tools, frameworks, and training to teach sustainable development in the classroom; improve student skills; introduce the use of new pedagogical approaches such as active-learning and student-centered teaching methods; and improve the overall quality of education. To date, the program has supported more than 22,000 teachers and 176,000 students in 1,500 schools across 100 countries worldwide.
