SDSN Southeast Asia mobilizes its members and leverages their strengths to help realize the SDGs through:  

Education

Scaling up efforts to promote and implement the SDGs across the region through regular public campaigns and an annual thought forum.

 

Disseminating knowledge and information on the SDGs through the SDGs pyramid and Happiness Campaign.

Awareness and Engagement

Building institutional awareness for sustainability through a series of cross-sectoral leadership workshops.

 

Creating community awareness and supporting SDG project implementation with networks and stakeholders.

 

Establishing systemic awareness and supporting government-related policy on sustainability through project collaboration.


Solutions

Mobilizing resources to scale up the SDGs-related solutions through the Tri Hita Karena Conference on Blended Finance.

 

Highlighting and promoting SDGs initiatives through the SDGs Happiness Festival.

Following the success of our previous workshop for the Local Government of Sumedang, West Java, Indonesia in collaboration with the Semai Research and Sumedang Regency, SDSN Southeast Asia is proud to announce the continuation of its partnership with the local government of Sumedang Regency. Together, we are working to provide a comprehensive analysis of the region's development through the formulation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and long-term pathways analysis for the government of Sumedang Regency. This initiative aims to guide 26 sub-districts across 270 villages over the next 20 years towards sustainable development.

The Indonesia Sustainability Forum (ISF) 2023 (ISF), held on September 7–8, 2023, took center stage in Jakarta, uniting global leaders and experts to discuss the urgent need for sustainability. The ISF concluded its monumental debut with the collective voices of global leaders emphasizing the urgency of sustainability efforts and innovative collaboration. This inaugural international-scale sustainability forum welcomed over 700 international participants and more than 100 esteemed speakers from various sectors, positioning Indonesia at the forefront of global sustainability discourse.
