SDSN Uganda mobilizes its members and leverages their strengths to help realize the SDGs through:

Education

Fostering the adoption of sustainable development initiatives in university education.

Contributing to the promotion and achievement of the SDGs.

Conferences and workshops will be organized on innovative and technological solutions for enhancing sustainable development for university teachers and/or researchers, policy makers, students/youth and civil society, among others.

Awareness and Engagement

Focusing on its Secretariat governance goals and consolidating communications efforts.

Fundraising and publishing the Makerere University Sustainable Development Report.

The Network focuses on:

Agriculture, food systems, and improved health.
Natural resources and ecosystem health.
Renewable energy.
